The article went on to explain why, which essentially boiled down to the fact that she thought Playboy was "cheesy" and she's too classy for it. Though she admitted other supermodels such as Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer have appeared on the cover, she justified by saying that they did it when they were at the end of their careers and "it was classy."
What??
Anyway, she shared with us what she found attractive in a man: nice shoes, smart, looks, humour...etc, which got me to think about what attracted me to Chris in the beginning.
I admit, when I first met Chris, I thought he was weird, not in a bad way, but in a sort of goofy way. And I never thought "Wow, this guy is so handsome!! Drools." But he was certainly not unpleasing to the eye. What attracted me to him was the time when we were talking on msn (before we were an item), I noticed how easily I could talk to him. I was able to tell him a lot of things that I didn't tell to other people. He was just so nice, so-not-awkward at all about feelings.....that I made sure I made a mental note of him from then on.
I looked forward to talking to him, mostly because I could talk about myself when I talk to him =D LOL. So, the thing about the shoes, the looks, the watch.....yes, that's what makes you notice a man, but it rarely is what makes you fall and stay in love with him.
In my case, I first met Chris in a very dark parking lot, so I wasn't able to examine every detail of his face. We were on an exchange tour in the summer months, so everyone wore sandals. There goes the shoes. And finally, people do get more handsome and lovely the more you love them.
As the saying goes (which I think applies to men as well): He loves her not because she's beautiful, but she's beautiful because he loves her.
It's true! <3
