From Sex and the City...

I think that's quite true =)

This past weekend, Chris and I received 2 more marriage updates....actually, 3 more - 2 from his friends and 1 from his coworker.  1 is getting married in March of next year, 1 is getting married in December of next year and the 3rd one is planning to propose in the upcoming Chinese New Year.  OMG, I said to Chris, the circle is getting smaller and it's getting closer and closer.

I started suggested that we should adopt a different mentality - we should think about the people who are not married yet.  However, I don't think that made either of us feel better =P

We talked about the marriage question this weekend.  We even went to Chow Tai Fok to check out the sales - shows you how serious we were!  But when I asked Chris "Are you ready yet?" He said no.  And when he asked me the same question, I also said no.

When neither of us are ready for it, I find it a bit difficult to justify that we should get married today or in the near future.

I don't think we have a problem.  We are happy about our relationship.  We have identified each other as the one....so....?

Honestly, I am not too worried about it.  The feeling will come when it comes.  There's no need to make a decision when there is no decision to make ;)
